  18. I learned the muscle uo 3 weeks ago, but i was kipping, a friend of mine told we it's a bad idea i should learn it with a band but without kipping.
    I started with about 2 reps with a 15kg band, now i can do 2 reps with a 5kg band, i'm so damn proud
